We use the headset for VoIP (Skype and Google voice chat) and for gaming (WoW over vent). The headset is comfortable and works well.
Mine lasted through about 8 months of heavy use, repeatedly being dropped and having the cord accidentally rolled over by my computer chair and still worked great up until today. I'm really impressed with this headset - great sound quality and great mic quality. I use it for gaming and listening to music. I'm ordering them again because they're definitely worth the money. Definitely going to take better care of them this time, though.
i tried the headset with multiple computers and my ipod touch which can record voice but the microphone did not work.so i returned it again. Amazon quickly shipped my new headset ASAP and i received them 2 days later. I bought these headphones a couple weeks ago and i received them with fast delivery but the microphone on the headset did not work so i returned the headset but i did an exchange. but this time i decided to get my money back. I opened my new headset thinking it was going to work but I had the same problem. the microphone did not work. so i have no idea why this headset did not work on me but ill rather save my money and buy a better quality headset. I recommend any person deciding to buy this headset to do the same.
The cord is plenty long, and the headphones themselves are good. Not wanting to spend a lot on a fancy pair, I bought these. I own really nice headphones already, but I wanted a headset to use for online gaming. There isn't much in the way of bass, but that's to be expected on almost any headphones in this price range. I have to say, for the price, these are fantastic. The mic is flexible and works very well. They are comfortable, and I don't mind having them on for long stretches of time while playing games. I would highly recommend these to anybody who, like me, already owns good headphones for listening to music, but wants a headset for gaming purposes.
Headphones were immersive and muffled the outside noise almost as well as my Boss headset. These are excellent headphones. To get a headset of this quality from any other brand, prepare to spend $70-$80. The real surprise was the the quality of the mic boom. There is a metal sheath that incases the entire cord from the mic to the headset, and adds a level of functionality and style that most cheaper headsets don't come close to obtaining.
